JUCo held a successful General Students' Assembly on June 10, 2026, bringing together students, the Dean of Students, and members of the College Top Management in an open and interactive forum aimed at strengthening communication and addressing matters of student concern.
The assembly was attended by the Principal, Prof. Bertraim Mapunda, the Deputy Principal for Academic Affairs (DPAA), Prof. Daniel Mkude, and the Deputy Principal for Finance and Administration (DPFA), Prof. Ephraim Mtengeti, alongside the Dean of Students, Ms. Lydia Mwaipopo. The leaders engaged students on various issues concerning academic excellence, student welfare, campus development, institutional policies, and the overall progress of the College.
During the session, the College leadership emphasized the importance of maintaining a conducive learning environment and encouraged students to remain focused on their studies, uphold discipline, and actively participate in academic and co-curricular activities.
