On 1st July 2026 JUCo welcomed a delegation of students from Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan, on 1 July 2026 for a two-week academic and cultural exchange visit aimed at strengthening international collaboration and promoting global engagement between the two institutions.
The delegation was warmly received by Dr. Jacek Gorka, Director of Outreach and Internationalization, who introduced the visitors to JUCo's academic environment and reaffirmed the College's commitment to internationalization and global partnerships.
During their visit, the students paid a courtesy call on the Principal of JUCo, where they held discussions on the importance of international cooperation in higher education, with a focus on enhancing academic excellence, intercultural understanding, and global citizenship.
The exchange programme is designed to promote academic collaboration, knowledge sharing, and intercultural learning, while also exposing students to diverse educational systems and international perspectives.
A key highlight of the visit is the focus on Digital Literacy in education, where students are expected to share insights on how digital skills can enhance learning, communication, and access to information in modern academic environments.
Beyond academics, the programme encourages cultural exchange, friendship building, and the development of cross-cultural communication skills essential in today's globalized world.
This visit further reflects JUCo's commitment to expanding international partnerships and creating transformative learning experiences that prepare students to thrive in a global society.
