On 10 July 2026, Jordan University College (JUCo) conducted a comprehensive postgraduate workshop aimed at familiarizing postgraduate students with key academic and administrative processes while enhancing their understanding of the University's support services.

Representatives from each participating office highlighted the services they provide and responded to students' questions during interactive discussion sessions. The ICT Office demonstrated the use of online platforms, while the Examinations Office clarified examination procedures and regulations. The Procurement Office outlined procurement-related processes applicable to postgraduate research activities, the Binding Section explained thesis binding requirements, and Library Department provided guidance on accessing academic resources and library services to support research and learning.
