The Deputy Principal for Academic Affairs of Jordan University College (JUCo) cordially invites members of the public, the academic community, researchers, and students to attend a PhD Viva Voce Defense scheduled to take place on 14th July 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Q15 Hall, Jordan University College, Morogoro. The defense will be presented by Mr. Jordan Nicholaus Haule (Reg. No. PhDED/0003/2021), who will defend his doctoral research entitled: “Teachers' Motivation in Enhancing Sustainable Management of Public Secondary Schools Projects in Sumbawanga Municipality.” The study examines the role of teachers’ motivation in promoting the sustainable management and successful implementation of projects in public secondary schools, with particular attention to educational development in Sumbawanga Municipality. The candidate has conducted the research under the supervision of Prof. Daniel J. Mkude and Dr. Eugenia Wandela. The Directorate of Postgraduate Studies, Research and Publication welcomes all interested individuals to participate in this important academic event, which reflects JUCo’s commitment to advancing research, innovation, and academic excellence.
